About Get HMO Licence

Get HMO Licence is a done-for-you service that completes and submits HMO licence applications for landlords across England. For £599, we handle the whole application so you don’t have to learn each council’s forms and rules.

Who runs it

Get HMO Licence is run by Patrick Roper, an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (member no. 4291074). You can confirm that membership directly with ICAEW via their status-confirmation service. The same eye for detail that goes into a set of accounts goes into getting your application right first time.
